Briseida Carrow
Attorney, HOA and condominium law
Homeowners and small boards, on either side of the same gate.
Briseida Carrow spent her first years in practice reading other people’s documents, and she still starts there. A violation notice, a lien or a denied request makes sense once it’s set beside the declaration and rules that the association says it follows.
She takes homeowners’ matters and advises small boards, and keeps the two apart: never for an owner against an association she advises, and never for an association against an owner she has advised. She answers calls herself.

The office
A neighborhood lawyer for neighborhood rules
The office is on Gilbert Road. Most clients live within a short drive, in Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler or Queen Creek, and meet Briseida in person, by phone or on video, whichever is easiest.
Owners are welcome to bring a neighbor or a spouse along to the first meeting.

Bring the letter, and a neighbor if you like
The first call is about what the letter says and what to do before its date.
